When you invest in a printer of this class, it pays to get started right. We offer personal start-up assistance , so you get optimal results from your first print – whether you're working on art, photography or graphic projects.

Our support includes:

  • Printer and driver installation

  • Color space setup and color management

  • Guidance on ICC profiles and paper selection

  • Firmware update

  • Integration with Adobe software and Epson Print Layout (possibly Mirage 4 RIP)

  • Training in basic printing skills

  • Maintenance tips for stable operation

Price

  • NOK 1,600 per hour (minimum one hour)

  • Travel and subsistence costs are additional for assignments outside Oslo.
