Erik Fuglseth
Erik Fuglseth is a renowned professional photographer, commercial photographer and lecturer at Bilder Nordic School of Photography. He has also previously been chairman of the Norwegian Advertising Photographers Association and established Gullsnitt (formerly Utsnitt) in 1994.
In addition to his work in advertising photography, Erik also creates art images. Among other things, he has had exhibitions with a series from Japan at DAIDDA, where he uses several layers of photographs to create unique and condensed environments. This gives the images a distinctive expression that distinguishes them from ordinary photographs. Erik Fuglseth has an impressive career and has been involved in various organizations and projects related to photography. He has also been a board member of Norske Reklamefotografer and Fotografiens Hus, and has been a lecturer at Bilder Nordic School of Photography and Fagskolen Kristiania. Over the years, Erik Fuglseth has received several awards and participated in competitions. Among other things, he has received a diploma in "Gullblyanten", "Gullsnitt" and "Visuelt", as well as won gold in "Utsnitt" and "Polaroid International Awards". He has also had several exhibitions, both individually and as part of group exhibitions, at places such as Fotografiens Hus, the Astrup Fearnley Museum and the Autumn Exhibition.
In addition to his work as a photographer, Erik Fuglseth has also carried out decoration assignments for various companies and institutions, including Telenor, Orkla Stabburet, Sørmarka Hotel and the Sharing Spaces office community in Bogstadveien, Oslo. His versatile experience and ability to work both within the advertising industry and with artistic projects have made him a recognized and respected player in the photography community.
