Martine B. Mortensen

Martine B. Mortensen, also known as artby.mb, is an Oslo-based artist. She is self-taught and started her artistic career in 2019. Since then she has had exhibitions both in Norway and abroad.

Martine's artwork is often characterized by hints of gold and bronze, which give an almost metallic effect that reflects the light in the room. She creates depth in her images using deep, unique textures and strong contrasts. The motifs she explores are often abstract or abstracted animals and people. Her artworks express both sensuality and femininity while giving a sense of roughness and masculinity.
