Workshop:
Currently, I am also fascinated by the "Photo Transfer" technique, participate in exhibitions and hold workshops. The expression becomes picturesque, and is experienced close and tactile.
Another material I have explored is printing directly on aluminium.
Photography is my way of communicating. I am often surprised by my own observations, places where I travel, then it becomes a "Storytelling" and Portfolio or own book.
Has a strong sense of "street photography", preferably close-up photos of people in their own emotion.
A significant part of my photo database is from my many travels to selected places, mostly in Asia, Europe east and west. I like to seek out the "adventure", that which surprises, is different and intense. The arctic light, or the desert light are two fine examples.
Victorian Inventions: - an ongoing project:
In the era of the "industrial revolution", a variety of constructions appeared, eventually based on "Steam Engines", and later machinery based on e.g. diesel. The project aims to photo-document early machines from this era within transport. Train, plane, car and boat. These devices represent to me a fantastic aesthetic, seen through today's eyes, also in terms of wear. Currently, the 1st of the mentioned 4 is shown in the gallery.
The history behind these constructions is a significant part of the project and the experience.
